ATS launches Sureway Transportation Company, LLC, as a standalone subsidiary to create increased focus on its freight agent business.

ST. CLOUD, Minn., April 8, 2026 — ATS Logistics Services, Inc., today announced it will transition the company's freight agent focused brokerage business operating since 1989 into a dedicated, wholly owned subsidiary named Sureway Transportation Company, LLC, effective May 1, 2026.

This move reflects a strategic step in ATS’s continued growth and its commitment to delivering greater flexibility, expanded capacity, and consistent service to agents, carriers and shippers across North America.

Aligning Sureway as a standalone brokerage creates a more focused and efficient structure to leverage evolving technologies that can support the company’s independent brokerage agents and enhance their ability to service shippers.
