# Five Ways to Grow Your Business as an Independent Freight Agent
As an independent freight agent, you’re really in charge of your own career path. How big your agency grows and how much you earn is up to you! And while independence is a beautiful thing in many ways, knowing which steps to take in order to ramp up your business can get a little lonely.
