# Logistics Agent
As a logistics agent, you depend on your reputation to make your living. As shippers work with you, hopefully they come to know you as a reliable businessperson who can route their cargo swiftly and efficiently, partly due to your strong relationships with carriers. Likewise, carriers come to know you as a steady source of loads from reputable shippers. As your reputation increases, so does your business, as both shippers and carriers want to work with you more and pass your name on to their colleagues.
